If you would like to be considered for the Senior Showcase Game played on the Saturday of your weekend (July 19 for Men, July 26 for Women), you NEED to complete a player profile available here.

When you initiate a player profile, you will be sent a password via email, which you can use to complete your profile.

Type in ALL-STAR, at the start of the Comments area on your profile. Then, please write a short essay on why you should be considered for our 3rd Annual Senior Showcase presented by Nike.

If you have already completed a profile, log into your profile and type ALL-STAR in the comments field.

Please understand that this not a sign up list. This is an application process. Our panel of 3 former high school coaches will then select each of the 40 player rosters.

Again, the Senior Showcase Game is open for SENIORS ONLY.

Registration at Heritage Oak Park

Registration at Heritage Oak Park will open at 3:45PM on each Friday, at our Administration Tent near field #7.

Please register at least 45 minutes before your first match. Coaches may register all of their teams at once, if you have multiple teams in the tournament.

Please be ready to show all of Medical/Liability Forms at that time and give a contact phone number for our admin staff.

1. Please Confirm your Attendance. If you have previously confirmed, please move onto the next item. After you have logged in with your team number, Click the “confirm attendance” button. EACH TEAM need to be confirmed. Teams cannot be scheduled until this is complete.

2. Please Download our Medical/Liability Form (PDF) from our homepage. Click the tab on the very top of our homepage labeled “Forms.” Click on the link "Medical/Liability Release Form" and download the PDF.

Each player is required to fill out this form and return it to you with the proper medical/liability information completed. These forms are necessary at Team Check-In at least one hour before your teams first match on Friday.

3. SENIOR SHOWCASE presented by Nike and Soccer Village – The Senior Showcase will take place on Saturday evening from 8:00 until 10:00 at the Mason High School’s all-turf Soccer Stadium. We must limit each weekend to 40 players. We must limit each high school to a maximum of 3 players. Seniors have had a DEADLINE of Thursday, July 10th to apply for the men and Thursday, July 17th to apply for the women. At that time, a three-person panel of former high school coaches will select our 40-player roster for each weekend.

This is FREE of charge to all applicants and FREE to attend!

Welcome to the Ohio High School Scholarship Cup 2008

In just nine short years, the Ohio Cup has given over $32,000 in scholarships. We are very proud to provide an additional two scholarships this year. We thank all the players, parents, grandparents, coaches, sponsors, and volunteers that made the 2007 Ohio Cup such a great success!

For those teams that attended last year, our 2008 Ohio Cup offers many of the same elements. Please note some changes have occurred: the switching of weekends.

The Ohio High School Cup is a tournament exclusively for high school teams. If you have not been with us before, the information on this site will help you prepare to attend this exciting event.


What is the Tournament Format?

The Ohio Cup tournament format guarantees every team FIVE games. The schedule will be: one match on Friday (late), two matches on Saturday, and two matches on Sunday. Each group will contain six teams (you will play the teams in your group one time) In the round-robin format, each group will have a winner based on the team that accumulates the most points. Each game will be sixty minutes (two 30 minute halves).

In 2008, we will play in Mason, Ohio, at Heritage Oak Park, just north of Cincinnati, as we did in 2007.

From 1998-2001, our tournament was played at WPAFB. Due to 9/11, we lost our ability to hold our event in 2002. in 2003 and 2004, we held the Ohio Cup north of Dayton at two sites: Piqua and West Milton. In 2005, 2006, and 2007 we have played in Cincinnati, Ohio.
