Can our team use our own Medical Release Forms or do we have to use yours?
We prefer that you use our medical forms as this provides for a standardized form. However, you may use yours if the forms are current and properly executed. |
How will I know that I have been accepted?
Teams accepted will be sent an email to the primary contact AND posted to the web site. If you are the primary contact, it is important that you keep your email current. First consideration will be given to teams that apply early. |
I realize I must register my team on Friday evening at Capital University. What do I need to know?
-Men's Weekend: July 16 at Capital University Capital Center between 4:30pm - 8:00pm.
-Women's Weekend: July 23 at Capital University Capital Center between 4:30pm - 8:00pm.

The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on?
First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form.
In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases:
1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files
2. Shut down Internet Explorer
3. Restart the computer
4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer.
5. Go to Web site, fill out form.
In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |

When, Where and Who of the Senior Showcase?
-Annual SENIOR SHOWCASE at Capital University Bernlohr Stadium
-Boys Weekend - 6:30pm kick-off (players report at 5:15pm)
-Girls Weekend - 6:30pm kick-off (players report at 5:15pm)
-All-Star Game Registration will open April 1st, 2010
-All Star game announced on July 2nd, 2010 |
